Looking for your 2011 Hartford Conference CE?

CE is available from this website for all registered conference attendees. Conference CE will be available Friday, May 27, 2011. If you have previously attended a DDNA National Conference AND are a member, log in (with your username and password) and go to the Conference CE page, select the year of the conference you attended and choose the sessions you attended to begin the process. The 2012 Conference will begin with the PreConference on May 4th, with the Conference held May 5th - 7th. The 2012 Conference will be held at the beautiful Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, FL. Conference Objective and Information

Target audience: health care professionals working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Overall objectives and goals of the 2012 Conference are:

  • To present cutting-edge education on the most up-to-date practice issues and research regarding the specialty of developmental disabilities nursing.
  • To provide a forum for networking and to facilitate the sharing of information to improve nursing practice in the developmental disabilities field.
  • To bring together leaders and experts in developmental disabilities to engender consensus that improves the health and lives of persons with developmental disabilities.

The DDNA Education Committee is seeking speakers for the 2012 Conference. Interested in speaking at DDNA 2012? Submit an application. Applications for DDNA 2012 will be accepted until October 15th, 2011.

Poster Sessions for the 2012 Conference

DDNA is accepting poster session proposals. Visit the Poster Sessions Application page for information about submitting a 2012 poster presentation proposal. If you would like to submit a poster presentation proposal for the 2012 Annual Conference, you may do so here.




This activity has been submitted to the New York State Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. The New York State Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
